Refund Policy

1. Refunds Before Shipment

If an order has not yet been shipped, customers may request a refund.

However, a 35% stocking and processing fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount.

The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. No Refunds After Shipment

Once products have been shipped or left our warehouse, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Shipping Policy

1. U.S. Shipping Only

We currently only ship within the United States.
We do not ship internationally and cannot process overseas orders.

Redistribution Policy

To protect our distribution agreements and product integrity:

  • We do not allow redistribution or resale of our products by third-party sellers.
  • All shipments must be made directly to the customer’s Amazon account.
  • The Amazon account name must match the name on the invoice.
  • Orders that do not meet this requirement will not be processed.
